International Graphic Arts Education Association

The International Graphic Arts Education Association (IGAEA) is an association of educators in partnership with industry, dedicated to sharing theories, principles, techniques and processes relating to graphic communications and imaging technology.

Houston Production Manager’s Association

The Houston Production Managers Association is a group of advertising, marketing and printing professionals. Active Membership is open to individuals who plan, coordinate and purchase print or digital advertising. Associate Membership is extended to representatives of graphic art companies, engravers, printers, desktop services and paper suppliers (up to two members).

Printing Industries of the Gulf Coast

Membership in Printing Industries of the Gulf Coast is available to graphic communications firms in the Texas-Louisiana Gulf Coast area. The purpose of the Association is to serve as the official representative of the graphic arts industry in the area and further the cause of the industry in the areas of business, government and to the general public. Established in 1918 by a group of Houston printers as the Printer's Education and Publicity Bureau, PIGC is one of the state's oldest still existing trade associations. In 1920, Houston printers joined with Galveston's printing industry to form the Houston-Galveston Typothetae and affiliated with the United Typothetae of America (the original name for Printing Industries of America). PIGC is a non-profit corporation in the State of Texas.

Printing and Imaging Association of MidAmerica

The Printing and Imaging Association of MidAmerica (PIA-MidAmerica) is a not-for-profit trade association dedicated to providing a variety of benefits and money-saving programs to the graphic communications industry in Kansas, Western Missouri, Oklahoma and all regions of the state of Texas except the Louisiana-Texas Gulf Coast.

PIA-MidAmerica has been in existence for over 50 years and has provided the state's printing and imaging industry a forum in which companies have been able to come together and work on common problems as well as share information. By working together, owners can run their companies more efficiently; comply with strict environmental regulations; train the workforce of the future; create group buying opportunities; network with their peers; and keep up-to-date on the rapidly changing technology and markets of the industry.
