Our Mission

The University of Houston chapter of the International Graphic Arts Education Association (IGAEA) is an organization of students and educators cooperating with industry leaders to educate its members, share principles, theories, and techniques relating to graphic arts, and for career advancement in the graphic arts and imaging fields.

 

 

IGAEA Goals

  • To provide leadership for professional growth and development in graphic arts and imaging industries.
  • To provide for our members educational experiences through speakers from industry sources.
  • To promote a positive image of the graphic arts and imaging industries to our members.
  • To inform members of career opportunities in the graphic arts or imaging industries.
  • To provide a showcase for the graphic works of its members.
